I've been fortunate to work with a lot of awesome people and on even more awesome projects
Hello! I’m Casey Forsyth. I’m a Ux/Ui Designer from El Paso, Texas.
My most recent work stint was with Fish-Field, where I designed everything from the branding, website, social media content, package design, analytics, and information architecture for both the Retail and Wholesale sides of the company, contributing to two consecutive years of 50% growth.
I graduated from The Art Institute of Portland, with a degree in Web Design & Interactive Media. Before I even enrolled, I knew that I had a love for the combination of Nerdy and Creative that being a Ux/Ui Designer allows.
Outside of design, I find inspiration from my other passions; building custom keyboards, music, photography, and building drift cars all inspire me to be a better designer.
My design approach can consistently come down to one idea; simplification. I design for a user-first experience, with a clean minimalist design.
I’ve learned to become very agile with my design approach. I’m accustomed to working with small teams, and limited resources, leading me to be careful, and thoughtful with how time and resources are spent.
At the base of everything; having a solid understanding of the intended users; their wants, their needs, and the goals of the company is integral to how I approach every design problem.
With a solid base of data to build on top of, I fall back on my experience, my countless hours of Design Theory education, and my understanding of front-end development to design digital experiences that solve the problem at hand, and are seamless and impactful.
